Welcome to wpatlasmcp.com, operated by AtlasAiDev (“we”, “us”, “the company”). Before you download or use Atlas MCP or any materials from this site, please read these terms carefully. Using this website, our products, or our services means you accept them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site, download our products, or purchase a licence.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Atlas MCP, or by purchasing a Pro licence, you enter into a binding agreement with AtlasAiDev on these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Licence and activation

A Pro purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Atlas MCP Pro on the number of WordPress installations covered by your plan.

• Activating your licence key confirms you as a valid customer and enables updates.
• Without an activated licence, Pro functionality and downloads may be unavailable.
• Each licence includes updates and support for one year from the date of purchase, unless you hold a lifetime licence.
• Licences and user accounts are non-transferable. Agencies and contract developers should purchase directly in their own name so support can be provided without delay.

3. Free version and GPL

The free Atlas MCP plugin is distributed through WordPress.org under the GPL, and your rights in that code are governed by that licence. Nothing in these terms restricts the freedoms the GPL grants you in respect of the free plugin.

These terms govern your use of this website, the Pro add-on, your licence key, and the support and update services attached to a purchase.

4. Ownership and restrictions

All products remain the property of AtlasAiDev. You may not claim ownership of any product, whether modified or unmodified.

Except where the GPL expressly permits it, you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Pro add-on, share your licence key publicly, or remove or obscure attribution and licensing notices.

5. AI providers and your API keys

Atlas MCP connects to third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. You supply your own API keys, and your use of those services is governed by each provider’s own terms and pricing.

• You are billed directly by the provider for your usage. We do not resell, proxy, or mark up provider capacity.
• We are not responsible for provider outages, rate limits, pricing changes, model deprecations, or content produced by their models.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for any usage incurred on them.

6. Your responsibility for AI actions

You are solely responsible for deciding which abilities to expose, which roles may use them, and which AI clients you authorise. Every connection runs with the permissions of the WordPress user it authenticates as, and it can do what that user could do.

• Review the access control settings before connecting any AI client, and grant only what is needed.
• Maintain working backups of your site. AI-initiated changes are changes like any other, and we cannot reverse them for you.
• Review AI-generated content before publishing. You remain responsible for everything published on your site.
• Revoke connected clients you no longer use.

We are not liable for content created, altered, or removed by an AI client you have authorised, nor for any commercial consequence of such actions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atlas MCP to breach any applicable law, to infringe the rights of others, to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

You must not attempt to circumvent licensing, access control, or authentication mechanisms in the plugin, or use it to attack, overload, or disrupt any third-party service.

8. Updates and support

Each Pro licence includes updates and support for one year from the date of purchase, or for the lifetime of the product where a lifetime licence has been purchased. Continuous updates are not guaranteed, though we work steadily to improve the plugin and keep pace with WordPress releases.

Atlas MCP requires WordPress 6.8 or higher and PHP 7.4 or higher. Compatibility with older WordPress versions is not assured.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Our products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser, WordPress version, theme, host, or third-party plugin, and we do not warrant that the plugin will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The free version is available on WordPress.org so that you can assess suitability on your own site before purchasing. We recommend you do so.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtlasAiDev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use of or inability to use our products or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are responsible for any costs of servicing, repairing, or correcting your own equipment, site, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Payment and refunds

Our products are digital goods, downloadable after purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. A price change does not affect a licence already purchased for its current term.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account or licence, without notice, for abusive behaviour towards our team, attempts to compromise our systems or licensing, fraudulent payment or chargeback abuse, or any use that breaches these terms.

On termination, your right to use the Pro add-on ends. The free plugin remains available to you under the GPL.

13. Privacy and data

We do not sell or rent your account data to third parties. By using our services you consent to the collection and processing of the data described in our privacy policy, including transfer to and processing in other countries.

Content processed by AI providers through your own API keys is handled under those providers’ privacy terms, not ours. We do not receive or store that content.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top records when it last changed. Continued use of the site or products after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
