Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of Atlas MCP. This page explains exactly when a refund is available, when it is not, and how to request one.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

We are committed to the quality and integrity of our products. As with all software, there may be cases where Atlas MCP does not work as it should on your particular site. If you hit a genuine bug that makes the plugin unusable and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a full refund.

The short version

Open a support ticket first and give us a fair chance to fix the problem. If we cannot resolve it, you get a full refund — provided the request is made within 14 days of your original purchase.

Before you request a refund

Almost every issue we see is fixable, and usually quickly. So the first step is always a support ticket, not a refund request. Describe the problem in detail and include screenshots.

To diagnose a technical problem properly we need one of the following:

  • A detailed description of the issue with screenshots or a screen recording, or
  • Temporary administrative access to your site (username, password, and login URL).

We aim to respond to support tickets within three working days. If we cannot resolve the issue in that time, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds require the chance to help

A refund on technical grounds can only be granted if you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate. If we are not given enough information or access to reproduce the problem, we cannot verify it and cannot approve the refund.

When a refund is available

You are eligible for a full refund when all of the following are true:

  1. You encountered a genuine bug in Atlas MCP that prevents it from working.
  2. You opened a support ticket and provided the detail or access we needed.
  3. We were unable to resolve the issue.
  4. Your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

When a refund is not available

To be straightforward with you rather than leave it vague, we do not issue refunds for the following:

A missing feature. If Atlas MCP does not do something you hoped it would, that is a feature request, not a defect. Please tell us — requests genuinely shape the roadmap — but it is not grounds for a refund.
A conflict with a third-party plugin or theme. We cannot be held responsible for code we did not write. We will still try to help you find a workaround.
Finding a better alternative. Choosing a different product after purchase is not a defect in ours.
Changing your mind. Including deciding not to use the product after buying it.
Buying by mistake, or purchasing the wrong plan without contacting us.
Subscription auto-renewals. Renewal payments are not refundable — see below.

The 14-day window

Refund requests are accepted only within 14 days of the original purchase date. We cannot consider requests made after that period, for any reason.

We recommend installing and testing the plugin as soon as you buy, so any problem surfaces while you are still inside the window.

Subscription renewals

No refund is issued for subscription auto-renewals. You are notified before a renewal is charged, and you can cancel at any time from your account so that the next renewal does not take place.

If you no longer want an annual licence, cancel it before the renewal date rather than after the charge.

Try the free version first

The free Atlas MCP plugin on WordPress.org includes the full MCP server, unlimited abilities, one-click OAuth 2.1, role-based access control, read-only WooCommerce tools, all six AI experiments, and three workflows.

Installing it costs nothing and is the most reliable way to confirm the plugin works on your host, with your theme, and with your other plugins before you pay for anything. Most refund requests we receive would have been avoided by ten minutes with the free version.

How to request a refund

  1. Open a support ticket describing the problem, with screenshots or temporary site access.
  2. Allow us up to three working days to investigate and attempt a fix.
  3. If we cannot resolve it, email contact@atlasaidev.com with the email address used at checkout, your order or licence details, and a reference to the support ticket.
  4. Expect a response within two working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is outside our control.

What happens to your licence

Once a refund is issued, the Pro licence is deactivated and Pro features stop working on your site. The free plugin continues to work normally with its default limits, and your settings are preserved.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment of your purchase, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed.

Contact us

If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after. We would far rather answer a question than process a refund.
